Installation DayWhat to expect during your installation.

Once your appointment is set, our tech team will verify the signal strength remotely and contact you to confirm available
service options and price plans. This will also allow us to confirm which equipment is needed to complete your installation.

  

On the day/time of your appointment, our technician will arrive and survey your home for the optimium installation location,
and review the installation specifics with you. Everything needed is included (except your computer and router of course) – antenna, mounting system, cabling and all installation. Routers can also be provided for an extra fee if needed. First the technician will complete the external installation by placing the dish on top of your home. Next a wire will be connected from the dish to the interior of your home. The technician will connect the router to your computer and verify the connection speed is meeting the selected plan requirements. The whole process, from the technician’s arrival to having world class connectivity,
will take approximately 2-3 hours in total. After installation support, including making payments, is available on our website using the Sign In link.
